Tennessee Aquarium

Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving…

The sea is His, for He made it;
And His hands formed the dry land.

Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

Psalm 95:2a,5&6

On Friday we took a family day trip to visit the Tennessee Aquarium, in Chattanooga.

Gabe and Julia had never been to an aquarium before, and it had been several years since Chris and I had been to one.

Since it was a cold and rainy day and we didn’t want to fight the Black Friday shopping crowds at the mall, we loaded into the mini van and headed out for a spontaneous adventure!

Julia enjoyed the sights and sounds while Gabe explored and even got to pet the stingrays and sturgeons. He especially loved the jellyfish and the special seahorse exhibit! He was also excited to find his little friend Nemo ;).

On the drive home, we saw the most brilliant sunset – it looked like the sky was a giant campfire – gorgeous!

I am so grateful to the Lord for the beauty he has made!
